This Privacy Policy explains how SHREE-G LLC (“Pawfectly,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Pawfectly mobile application, website(s), and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Pawfectly may offer human verification using face-movement or liveness checks. We do not store biometric identifiers, biometric templates, or face recognition profiles as part of this process. We may use third-party automated services (including OpenAI moderation APIs) that analyze images or temporary image URLs. Conversation retention

At present, deleting an account may not delete all conversation records and chat history. Conversation data may be retained to preserve conversation continuity for remaining participants and for trust & safety, legal, and compliance purposes. Where feasible, we remove or minimize direct identifiers.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, or object to certain processing of your information. You can typically manage your profile data within the app and delete your account in Settings. For additional requests, contact us using the information in the “Contact” section below.

Do Not Track signals: The Service does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

We implement reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk.

Pawfectly is not intended for users under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update indicates acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
